Daikin Air Conditioning Installation - VTL Automative Ltd, Halifax
VTL had a 1200 x 600 cassette cool only system that had reached the end of its useful life. The system utilised R22 refrigerant and replacement parts for the unit were becoming expensive.
It was time for a new energy efficient modern cassette type system to be installed which could cope with the additional heating/cooling requirements of the building.
We recommended systems from the Daikin product range.
The new Daikin FCQ 4 way blow cassette was the ideal choice for the application. Its modern appearance, airflow distribution and low noise levels were ideal for their office environment.
The swap took place during normal office hours but with minimal disruption to the client.
An additional wall mounted unit was also installed in their meeting room for added comfort.
In addition to safely installing new air conditioning equipment, because our air conditioning engineers are Acrib certified, and the company is Refcom accredited we were also able to remove the old equipment and safely dispose of all refrigerant in compliance with the F-Gas regulations.
Daikin systems instaled by us have a five year parts and labour warranty.
Etherington Air COnditioning have also agreed to continue carrying out maintenance on the equipment as part of our after-care programme. This ensures that the units run to their maximum efficiency, and that their life span is extended. Also, in the unlikely event that there are any problems, parts and labour claims with the manufacturer will be upheld.
