Relocation of Existing Mitsubishi City Multi Air Conditioning Systems - Cape Industrial, Wakefield
Our client required their existing air conditioning systems relocating to suit their new office layout.
Etherington Air Conditioning are Refcom Approved; this enabled our engineers to recover the refrigerant from the existing air conditioning systems, in line with government Health and Safety regulations, and we were then able to safely take down the indoor air conditioning units. These were then repositioned to suit the new office layout.
Existing pipe work and wiring systems serving the indoor units were modified to suit their new positions and the systems were successfully recommissioned.
Existing fresh air input ventilation systems were also modified by us to ensure the correct fresh air requirements were provided to all occupants following the refurbishment works.
A new Mitsubishi 'Mr Slim' ceiling recessed air conditioning system was installed to serve the refurbished first floor Directors Boardroom.
All the works were carried out in tandem with a local office refurbishment company and close liaison with them ensured we were able to meet their site programme.
