Etherington Air Conditioning constantly listen to and review our customers needs, and one of the comments that was being fed back was that our customers wanted additional ways to communicate with us, and for us to communicate with them.
With very little experience in Website design, Company Secretary, Clare Etherington attended a number of free seminars held by the Leeds Chamber of Commerce, the result of which enabled her to create a design brief, propose a budget, and approach potential suppliers. Blue Tank of Headingley in Leeds fitted the bill, and we hope you like the resulting site.
There is now an interactive element to the website so that our customers can request a service call, and send shematices and designs for new installation enquiries online. When designing the brief, we listened to what our customers wanted, and they all wanted the purchase of new air conditioning systems simplifying; now all they have to do is complete the information online. We do the rest.
